The deadline for returning OCC Christmas Shoeboxes is Sunday, December 3rd. We will dedicate and pray over the boxes that have been turned in during both services. The boxes will be delivered to the OCC Warehouse on December 11th when the POP group goes to volunteer.
Prince of Peace has reserved a theater on Wednesday, December 6th at 6:30 pm for a private showing of the new movie Journey to Bethlehem. That evening, we will meet at Cinemark Tinseltown Fayetteville (in the Pavilion).

P.O.P. has reserved Monday, December 11th from 7-10 pm at the Atlanta O.C.C. Warehouse. We have 15 spots for volunteers. Please RSVP to Mrs. Paula by December 5th to reserve your spot. Transportation will be provided with dinner enroute. Please let Mrs. Paula know if you have any questions!
The children’s Christmas party is on December 17th during Sunday School. All kids are invited to wear their Christmas pajamas to church. Then we will have a pancake breakfast & fun activities in class!
Mrs. Meredith will also need some adult volunteers to help with the pancake breakfast. Please let her know if you are able!
You’re invited! The Youth Christmas party is on Sunday, December 17th at Stone Mountain Park Christmas. Cost is $25 per person, which includes the regular park attractions, dazzling lights, holiday characters, and spectacular shows! (Note that we will stay through the drone light show, which starts at 8:20 pm and runs until 9 pm).
We will eat lunch at the church after Sunday School and depart for Stone Mountain following the 11:15 worship service. Sign up with Mrs. Paula by December 10th so we can arrange for transportation. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Paula!
All college youth, young adults, and mission team members are invited to the annual Christmas Party at Maguire’s on Thursday, December 21st at 6:30 pm. Make sure to bring your wrapped $5 white elephant gift for an evening of good food & laughter.

Join us Christmas Eve morning as we celebrate the wonderful blessing of the birth of Jesus Christ. Our Family Candlelight Service will include music from the Praise Band and Peace Choir, as well as our kids’ program, POP Rocks, singing and sharing a wonderful message on the reason for the season, ending with a candlelit rendition of a classic Christmas hymn. Communion will be served.
