What if, instead of investing all our energy and effort in getting people to come to us. we turned that energy and effort into going to people where they are – would that make things different?
Let’s give it a try! This summer, join us for POP on the GO! On three different nights, we will gather to love our community, bless others, and enjoy time together in some of the spaces that our community has created.
Our third night will be August 20th starting at 4 pm at the City Center Park, the space behind City Hall and near the Line Creek Bus Barn. Join us on August 20th for POP on the GO!
Please bring any type of breakfast type food to share we join together following the 9 am worship service for food and fellowship!
The Youth Leadership Team (YLT) will meet on Sunday August 27th, following the Corner Café. We will be working on the plans for fall semester. More information to come soon; YLT members can reach out to Ms. Paula with questions.
Join us for Sunday School classes between services! Kickoff is September 10th. We will have classes for all ages:
- Children (4 years old to 5th grade) with Mrs. Meredith in the Confirmation Room
- Youth (6th-12th grade) with Mrs. Paula in the YouthZone
- Adults with Pastor Scott in the Choir Room. The fall focus is looking at the “One Anothers” in the New Testament
Join us for each Wednesday and experience different elements of our life together. September 13th starts with an evening of worship, prayer, and reflection. It is sure to be an impactful night as we kick off all that is to come. In the weeks that follow we will rotate through an evening of Service Projects, POP on the GO in our community, fellowship and fun before circling back to another evening of worship. We gather with all ages in mind. We will be together and we will separate out to children, youth, and adults. Fun, depth, relationship building, and Kingdom impact are a few of the things you can expect.
Each week the programming will start at 6 and be wrapped up by 7:30. But you can bring your own dinner at 5:30 and join an informal shared meal time together.

The evening will start with a short Bible study, and then we will prepare laundry soap kits for local area laundromats & meals for our homebound members.
Each week the programming will start at 6 and be wrapped up by 7:30. But you can bring your own dinner at 5:30 and join an informal shared meal time together.

See You At the Pole is Wednesday, September 27th. Youth should check with their school’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) or other ministry clubs for more information about meeting times on their campus.
Join us for each Wednesday and experience different elements of our life together. September 27th is Pop on the Go, where we continue the amazing ministry of the summer and loving our neighbors where they are. We’ll play games, have conversations, make art, and pray with those at City Center Park this evening.
Note that this week we will meet at City Center Park at 6 pm. You can still come early for the informal dinner around 5:30 pm at the park.
