The next Faith & Fitness session will be on Sunday March 17th! We will meet at The Ridge Nature Preserve in Fayetteville at 2 pm and go for a hike. Located between Gingercake Creek and Whitewater Creek (390 Burch Rd), the 2.5 mile loop trail is an easy hike.
